PRODUCT WARRANTY

We take great care to ensure that our jewelry is made to last, and we stand behind the quality of our pieces. Each item is rigorously inspected by our experienced in-house team.

We offer a two-year warranty from the date of purchase to address any issues related to manufacturing defects. If you experience any damage or breakage, please contact us at info@poppyfinch.com. If the repair issue is due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair for free. After warranty period, we offer a lifetime repairs service for a small fee.

Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by daily wear and tear, such as missing stones, chain breaks, or bent bands. Our team of jewelers will thoroughly assess your piece to determine the cause of damage and the best course of action for repair.

Our warranty does not cover lost items or jewelry that has been handled by third-party jewelers.

Poppy Finch jewellery purchased from one of our retail partners is also covered under our warranty and repair policy.  You can contact us directly or go through the store you purchased from. If you can't find your proof of purchase, don't worry. You can still take advantage of our lifetime repair service for a small fee.


REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS

If you need a repair, please email us at info@poppyfinch.com with the following details:

Your Name and Address
Where and When the Item Was Purchased (include the store or website and date)
Order Number (if purchased from our website)

Date of Purchase
Images of the Product: Include photos of the item and the specific areas needing repair.

Brief Description of the Issue: Provide details such as a broken chain, lost stones, or any known cause of the problem.

Once we receive your repair request, our team will assess the repair needs, including cost and timeline. We will then provide you with instructions on how to send the item to us and the next steps in the process.

REPAIR SHIPPING

We offer two-way shipping labels for sending the item to us and for its return after repair:

Canada: CAD$30

US: USD$30

International: We currently do not offer flat-rate shipping labels outside of the US and Canada. If you need to send in a repair from outside these regions, please contact us for shipping options and rates.

If you prefer to arrange shipping yourself, please let us know.


LIFE TIME REPAIR SERVICE

We offer lifetime repair services. To keep your fine jewelry in excellent condition, it's recommended to have it professionally maintained regularly. This includes services such as:

Stone Replacement: Replacing lost or damaged stones.

Restringing Pearls: Ensuring your pearls are securely strung and in good shape.

Re-Tipping Stone Settings: Replacing or repairing the metal tips that secure your stones.

Cleaning: Removing dirt and restoring the shine to your jewelry.

Polishing: Enhancing the surface finish and luster of your pieces.

Replating: Applying a new layer of rhodium to white gold to maintain its bright, shiny appearance.

Resizing: Adjusting the size to ensure a perfect fit.

Clasp Repair: Fixing or replacing clasps on bracelets and necklaces.

Chain Repair: Mending broken or damaged chains.
